Pangkor Laut is a privately owned island located three miles off the West Coast of Malaysia in the Straits of Malacca and also houses the Pangkor Laut Resort. The 300 acres island is mainly made up of unspoiled, two million year old rainforest, except for the Pangkor Laut Resort's 148 Malaysian-style luxury villas and eight magnificent Estates in a nearby secluded cove. The newest addition to Pangkor Laut Resort, the luxurious Spa Village features eight treatment pavilions, a deluxe Belian Treatment Pavilion, "Healing Huts," which include Chinese herbal, Ayurvedic and Malay Huts, a "Wrap House", where the menu changes daily with Ayurvedic Herbal, Seaweed and Chinese Herbal Wraps, 2 Bath Houses, 3 Thai Pavilions, 3 Nap Gazebos, a Herbal Garden, a 50 metre lap pool, Fisherman’s Cove Restaurant, Jamu Bar, Library and Spa Boutique.
