The Iomega Mixx MP3 player suits the budget minded and works great for health club sessions. It only comes with 256MB of flash memory but also features an FM tuner/recorder and a voice recorder. Cons include use of the slower USB 1.1 standard for transferring songs and not having a rechargeable battery.
