The Mion Current Sandal is a cool looking high-performance amphibious shoe that provides the protection and comfort expected from a sport shoe and also includes the ergomorphic footbed that permanently molds to the wearer's foot after 12 hours. Mion shoes are made from some of the lightest, toughest materials available, and are light weight even after being in the water all day. The shoe is mostly made of ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA), a relatively inert material. Another cool thing is EVA's ability to be easily molded (instead of cutting and gluing), which enables radical reductions in both energy use and waste generation. Mion Shoes.
