Revving to take over the trails, the 2008 Can-Am DS 450 ATV is here! This super-light Can-Am ATV was four years in the making, and as a result, was totally reinvented, from the frame and the engine, to the front and rear suspension systems. Powered by a 449cc, single-cylinder, DOHC 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine, the DS 450’s ALTEC dual-pyramidal aluminum frame is built for maximum strength, but is still light. Also notable is its R-type rear suspension swingarm, cast aluminum/Kayaba HPG aluminum piggyback with adjustment for compression, rebound and spring preload. Bombardier.
