The Cooka uses the excellent thermal properties of silver, which effectively heats pots and pans while keeping the tabletop cool. These silver plates, integrated with an electric coil, are surrounded by tiny holes that continually blow out a steady stream of hot air without the loss of heat. This fold-up cooktop is set in a case of non-toxic Liquid Silicon Rubber, which can bear temperatures of -60 °C to 280 °C. It gets its power from a simple flat electrical plug, and it’s easy to clean and store once you’re done with it.
