Garmin GPSMAP 5215 – Marine GPS System

The biggest catch in Garmin’s marine line, the GPSMAP 5215 shows you the big picture when it comes to plotting your course. With a touch-and-go 15-inch menu-driven touchscreen, the GPSMAP 5215 comes preloaded with BlueChart g2 maps of the U.S. coast, and it allows you to connect to the Garmin Marine Network for sonar, radar and weather information. If you’re planning on exploring international waters, this Garmin GPS has a worldwide basemap with high-quality satellite images. For even more detailed maps, you have the option of adding BlueChart g2 Vision SD cards, which let you view maps in 3D and chart a course through marine obstacles such as shallow water and buoys. You can also use this device to keep an eye on other parts of your boat to ensure they are running properly, via a live video feed. Base price of $6,099.99. Garmin.
