Powered by an electric 1500-watts 48-volt brush hub motor, the 4000e is a mean, green riding machine. Running smooth and quiet, this EVT scooter produces no emissions and no noise. An electric propulsion vehicle, the 4000e’s power handling and acceleration makes every ride a memorable one.
