Peugeot HYbrid 3 Evolution Scooter

Recently unveiled at the Milan International Cycle and Motorbike Show, Peugeot impresses again with its concept HYbrid 3 Evolution Scooter. Producing low emissions and running on a hybrid engine, the Hybrid 3 unique in the fact that it is powered by electric motors found in each of its two front wheels, while being backed up by a naturally aspirated engine at the rear. These motors are in turned powered by lithium-ion batteries that have the option of being recharged by an onboard regenerative braking mechanism. This Peugeot concept scooter offers 36KW of power, can get 118mpg and emits just 48g/km of CO2. The Hybrid 3 also comes equipped with a “Stop & Start” system that puts the engine on standby mode when the vehicle is at a standstill. Peugeot.
